The profile of Franke GmbH features three main fields of operation:
"wire" bearings,
linear guide,
positioning systems, with linear and rotating tables.
The strolling elements of the Franke GmbH bearings move within four wire tracks, placed in a closed casing. Such a construction, in comparison to the conventional bearings, saves space provided for the bearing and enables vast capacity overloads to be distributed in every direction.
Linear guide provide perfect auxiliary elements during installation of new and movable fitting and devices which automate the production processes. Application of light, aluminum corpses reduced the moving capacities, accelerated the speed of transport and decreased the need for power drive energy. Good responses during transportation and high velocity of movement (up to 10 m/s) allow a broad range of applications of such linear guides. Special types of linear guides for instance made from non-corroding and non-magnetic materials, as well as the economical variant, are also available.
The production programme in the field of positioning technology comprises of various types of linear and rotating tables, as well as the CNC steering systems of high performance. The modular character of components allows many variations while combining lineal and rotating tables, as well as assembling complex multi-axis systems. The linear and rotating tables are especially suitable for the CNC operations. Light aluminum parts are applied perseveringly which enables high velocities of action.
The integrated system of Franke linear guide and "wire" bearings transfers the overload from any given direction, what in effect allows construction of highly maneuverable devices.
